So you can see that there are a lot of videos and a lot of worksheets in this Growth Success Lab (aka the Team Builder Kit). And this video in this worksheet are just here to sync up which ones go with, which of the three pieces of the framework so that you can really dial it in depending on what your interests are.

Now, you and I are going to be talking about this. We're going to be making a copy of this document together, and I'm going to be typing onto it and customizing it even further for the issues and opportunities that I am seeing in your business. But this is just enough to get you started, especially if you peek ahead. So under transparency, what we're looking at is basically all the videos in the project Tradecraft section, but especially these three projects scoping using that design brief.

And then especially this third one, how to describe done when you don't know it yourself. And that's for those of us who, who are earnest in our desire to give good direction, but how do I spit out what I want when I'm not even sure I know what I want. That is a video for you to watch if that is you.

And then of course, how to delegate it, which is actually getting the words out of your mouth in a way that the other person, depending on where they ended up in the foresee framework and the foresee assessment that we did together, that is how to speak their language. When you task them agreement tools, using the change control process in your business, that change control section is key. And then there may be additional ones, for instance, a launch decision document. If this is you asked me about this, I will probably have more to type in here, but of the stock videos, it's really the change control process and then accountability as well. Change control is huge. So again, we will be customizing this document together, but this is enough to get you started.
